​This template teaches us to how to develop the fruit of the Holy Spirit. I like to call the template a matrix – that which gives origin or form to something enclosed within. The rock in which gems are embedded, is called a matrix. To me the word of God is a matrix in which great Truths are embedded.

Along the top we have God’s faith, hope and love, which are manifested, by His Word, His Blessings, His Guidance – understanding the practical guidance of His Word to self.

Along the left side is man’s faith, hope and love. Faith is our ability to trust, our thought processes. Man’s hope is our actions, do we pray, do we study, are we kind. Man’s love is seen in what we share or communicate to others.

Place the fruit of the Holy Spirit in the matrix in the order in which it is found in the text and the ability to understand, how to develop specific fruits, is clearly seen in the template, just as one sees the answer in a mathematical template we used in school.
